Although we have rigorous quality control mistakes can happen. Right foam will replace any incorrectly supplied foam which is not to your order specifications. (Please note our tolerances are +/- %).
We are unable to exchange or refund bespoke orders that are not damaged, defected or incorrect. This includes foam that has a ‘smell’. Do to the nature and manufacturing process of foam it can have a chemical smell, once removed from the packaging the smell will disappear over time and has no bearing on the foams quality or use.
Foam can also change colour over time due to uv and the environment, again we are unable to accept returns or refunds for this as it has no bearing on the foams quality and use. Should you wish to have foam for presentation purposes, we would suggest plastazote, HLB22, Stratocell or alternatively contact a member of our team who would be happy to assist with your foaming requirements.
The UK is governed by The Consumer Contracts regulations (13/06/2014). Under these regulations we must comply with the rules governing distance selling and as such due to the bespoke nature of our products the returns regulations do not apply, as such we are unfortunately unable to accept returns unless specified for the reasons above.
